(Meet Kageyama. My first ever Nendoroid.)
As you know, I've been diagnosed with Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthrist 2 years ago. Dealing with the sickness is somewhat easy because of my medicines. But dealing with the stress is another thing. Most people think that depression is just in your head. But to be honest? It's not. In my experience, I just suddenly woke up and find myself slowly giving into it.
RA patients like me suffers from joint swelling. It is so painful even if I'm just holding an empty cup. Unable to do the things that I usually do made me feel so irritable. And slowly, without realizing it, turns into feeling miserable. I started to hate seeing my crafting tools. I avoid talking to people.

It was my brother who bought me my first Nendoroid. I then choose Kageyama from the anime Haikyuu!! since he's my favorite among all the characters. At first, I declined his offer because it was a bit pricey for me (I bought him for P2000.00) but then decided to agree mainly because I find myself unable to tear my eyes away from a very kawaii-looking (cute-looking) version of Kageyama.
Nendoroids are RA friendly. Their so light and small that it fits my hands. Another thing is you can not just display it but you can actually play with it. The parts are interchangeable so you can pose it differently. Later I found out that you can mix and match your Nendo (shorten term for Nendoroids) with other Nendo parts.

Since then, I started collecting Haikyuu!! Nendoroids. And also, I started to cope up with my depression with it. Playing with it or even just looking at it makes me happy and makes me forget about my current health condition. I carry some of my Nendos and shot a photo or two outside. I also started to meet a lot of people who are also collectors and learn a lot from them.

As of today, I got myself 11 Nendoroids. All are from the anime Haikyuu!!. And I'm looking forward to upcoming Haikyuu!! Nendo releases.
